A rebounder is a small, single-person trampoline built for exercise — you'll also see it called a fitness trampoline, exercise trampoline or mini trampoline for adults. Rebounding means bouncing on one: anything from a gentle "health bounce" where your feet barely leave the mat to jogging, jumping jacks and twists.
