What is Rebound Therapy?
Rebound Therapy is a recognised therapeutic approach typically delivered by trained practitioners, usually on larger trampolines. It involves far more than choosing a trampoline and following a general exercise routine — formal delivery requires appropriate training and qualified supervision.
Where a rebounder fits
Where it's been assessed as appropriate, a rebounder can provide a compact setting for gentle, supervised movement and sensory sessions. The practitioner decides whether the surface, space and support suit the person and the activity.
Equipment limits
