Its 110 cm (43 in) diameter gives a compact footprint, though each unit still needs clear space around it and overhead.

Storage between sessions

Foldable aluminium legs make it practical to clear the floor for other classes. Check each unit is stable and correctly set up before every session.

Participants and limits

The rebounder is for indoor use, ages 14+, with a maximum user weight of 120 kg (approx. 19 st). Instructors should choose movements that suit the group — see our rebounding workouts for ideas.
